Product updates

MetaParse keeps moving.

A curated record of meaningful additions to the MetaParse experience, public tools, products, research, and technology foundation.

Current milestone 0.32.1 RC

MetaParse now combines tenant-aware access controls with more reliable CRM modals and substantially leaner CRM page loading.

01Shared client Workspace

Blueprint and CRM now run inside one organization-aware Workspace with one login and application access determined by organization and user permissions.

02Segregated CRM tenant environments

Each CRM organization can be assigned a dedicated database connection and private storage location managed from the MetaParse Control Center.

03Controlled support access

MetaParse administrators can enter an organization Workspace through time-limited, visible, audited support sessions with view, configuration, or operational access.

0.32.1Current release candidate

Platform foundation

Account types, application permissions, and user-level overrides

This release refines the access-control foundation and improves everyday CRM use with fully visible modal actions and view-specific tenant queries.

MetaParse Workspace

Introduced a shared authenticated client environment that hosts Blueprint, CRM, organization administration, and future applications through one login.

Application entitlements

Added installed, activated, configured, and user-permitted application checks so each organization sees only the products available to it.

CRM moved out of Control Center

CRM is now an organization application used through the Workspace. MetaParse LLC can be configured as a tenant and use the same product offered to clients.

Tenant database configuration

Added encrypted per-organization CRM database settings, connection testing, schema provisioning, and tenant migration tracking.

Private tenant storage

Added per-organization private storage configuration and validation, preparing CRM and future application files for segregated storage.

Workspace account types

Added Owner, Administrator, Manager, User, and Viewer account types with application defaults and individual user overrides.

Audited support sessions

MetaParse administrators can open a client Workspace or application through explicit, time-limited support access with a visible banner and audit trail.

Strict tenant resolution

Removed unsafe organization fallbacks. Missing or invalid organization context now denies application access rather than selecting another tenant.

Blueprint Workspace migration

Moved the former Blueprint-owned portal into the shared Workspace while preserving Blueprint-specific project, question, approval, reference, and export functionality.

Blueprint activation correction

Newly activated Blueprint organizations are now marked configured automatically, while CRM continues to require dedicated tenant provisioning before it appears.

Dark Workspace restored

Removed the unintended white client canvas and restored the dark MetaParse header, application background, cards, forms, tables, and modals throughout the shared Workspace.

Cleaner administration

Organizations, projects, users, and content now use full-width directories with standard New and Edit modals. Client application actions and editors also use the established Control Center design.

MetaParse staff roles

Control Center access now uses Admin, Moderator, and Viewer roles designed specifically for MetaParse staff.

Workspace account types

Client organizations begin with Owner, Administrator, Manager, User, and Viewer account types, with custom organization account types managed by MetaParse administrators.

Application permission defaults

Each account type defines default access levels and areas for Workspace, Blueprint, and CRM.

User-level overrides

Individual users can inherit account-type defaults or receive narrower or broader access for each active application.

Protected ownership

Each organization retains one Owner. Ownership can only be assigned or transferred by a MetaParse Admin.

Permission-aware applications

Blueprint and CRM now enforce application-area access in navigation, actions, exports, files, and CRM sections.

Consistent password controls

Password fields across administration, Workspace, tenant configuration, and project account creation use the established show-or-hide control.

Reliable CRM modal actions

CRM forms now use a true flex-based viewport layout with a fully visible sticky action footer, reset scrolling, and focus behavior that does not push Save buttons below the screen.

Faster CRM navigation

CRM tabs now load only the records and lookup data required by the selected view, while unchanged tenant users are no longer rewritten on every request.

Login visibility correction retained

Both administrator and Workspace password fields use one centered visibility icon with the previously corrected behavior.

0.11Experience release

  • Enhanced Project Architect with a stronger visual system-reveal experience.
  • Improved the Currently Building page to show active products, completed platforms, and public capabilities.
  • Refined navigation, responsive behavior, product presentation, and site-wide visual consistency.
0.10Portfolio release

0.9Website intelligence

Public analysis tools

Website Health Analyzer introduced

MetaParse added a practical public tool for reviewing website quality, discoverability, accessibility signals, performance considerations, and common configuration concerns.

  • Added technical SEO, metadata, heading, image, link, and crawlability checks.
  • Added passive security-configuration observations without positioning the tool as a vulnerability scanner.
  • Added safe URL handling, analysis limits, caching, and clear result categories.
  • Created a useful entry point for organizations that may need deeper website support.
0.8Lab expansion

MetaParse Lab

More practical tools, directly in the browser

The Lab grew into a broader collection of useful utilities and demonstrations designed to make structured information easier to inspect, compare, transform, and share.

  • Expanded JSON Studio, CSV Inspector, Workflow Visualizer, and Text Compare.
  • Added Checksum & Verify, UTM Link Builder, and QR Code Builder.
  • Kept file-based tools browser-local so visitor files remain on their own device.
  • Improved tool limits, validation, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
